That's My Jam Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • English Muffin
  • Hot & Sweet Chili Jam
  • Eggs
  • White Cheddar Cheese
  • Arugula
  • Canadian Bacon
  • Directions:

      1. We do these eggs sunny side up. For sunny side up heat a nonstick skillet to low heat (level 1 or 2 on your stove top) drizzle with a little olive oil. Crack your egg into the skillet and let cook exactly 5 minutes for a perfectly runny center. Sprinkle with ground pepper

      2. While egg is cooking warm, your ham in a separate skillet (we like to use our grill pan for this) then also toast your muffins.

      3. When assembling put your pepper jam on one side of your muffin, you can also do a little butter on the opposite side. Then put down your white cheddar, then your ham, egg and then arugula.
