Charred Bread with Ricotta & Cherry Salsa
Recipe adapted by Samin Nosrat, June 2017 Bon Appetit
1. Add green onions and cherries to a bowl. Toss with olive oil, lemon juice, kosher salt and pepper. Let sit.
2. Prepare your grill. Cut baguette and brush with olive oil. Grill cut side down until bread is golden. We like a lot of char so we kept it on a little longer.
3. Let toasts cool a bit then top with ricotta. Arrange on your serving platter and top generously with salsa. Enjoy!
