Endive & Everything Sunflower

Ingredients:

• 16-oz. Onion & Chive Cream Cheese Spread
• 6 endive
• 1 cup Trader Joe's Everything Bagel Seasoning

Directions:

1. Remove cream cheese from containers and work into a ball with your hands. Cover cream cheese ball with plastic wrap and let chill.

2. While cream cheese is chilling, cut endive length wise and seperate into individual leaves. Arrange endive on serving platter in floral design.

3. Once cream cheese is firm, on a seperate plate, roll cream cheese in Everything Bagel Seasoning. Place cream cheese in the center of floral pattern and serve.
