- 1/2 large watermelon
- 1 lime, juiced
- fresh mint to garnish
- 1 teaspoon chile lime seasoning
Simply purée half of a watermelon and juice of one lime. Then strain through a sieve into a 13x9 pan and freeze, scraping the frozen watermelon every 30 minutes. I wasn't too worried about the seeds and large fruit chunks but the sieve helps avoid both of you wish. The recipe suggested salt and sugar but I left out both since the watermelon is naturally sweet and we are adding the seasoning salt on at the end.
