Crispy Baked Brussels Sprouts & Caramelized Onion Ravioli with Harvest Dipping Sauce

Crispy Baked Brussels Sprouts & Caramelized Onion Ravioli with Harvest Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 box Trader Joe's Brussels Sprouts & Caramelized Onion Ravioli (or any refrigerated ravioli you want!)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp dried basil
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1-2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Fresh sage
  • Olive oil
  • 1 cup Trader Joe's Harvest Pasta Sauce or follow this link to our recipe to our Harvest Pasta Sauce
  • Directions:

      1. Prepare your sheet pan with foil. Place an oven proof wire rack on baking sheet. Spray rack with nonstick spray. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

      2. In a small bowl, mix together egg and water. Mix until well combined.

      3. In another bowl, mix together panko, garlic powder, basil, parsley, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper. Mix well.

      4. Dip each ravioli in the egg mixture. Then coat evenly with the panko mixture. Place ravioli on wire rack. Once all are done, spray ravioli with cooking spray.

      5. Let ravioli bake for 20 minutes. While ravioli are baking, crisp sage leaves in olive oil and set on a paper towel to drain. Also, warm your Harvest Pasta sauce.

      6. When ravioli are done, transfer to serving platter. Set Harvest Sauce on the side and garnish with crips sage leaves.
